Too often, young people are raised to live in a “black-and-white” world.
In this world, there are good things to do and bad things not to do, or not to do until you are older. Most of us, young and older, find the world isn’t so black and white.
How can parents better support their teen(s) in knowing what their boundaries are? Boundaries around their body and what is okay and not okay for them. Boundaries about staying committed to their goals, self-care, and discipline. Boundaries about communication and what is appropriate to share especially on social media.
This is an event for all family members! The goal is to improve connection and openness within and with each other.
