ABOUT THE EVENT
Sun., March 17 & 24,
7:30 – 11:30 a.m.,
Teel Sanctuary Lobby, $20 per plant
We are partnering with local Title I elementary schools to help provide lunch to students needing extra support during the summer.
Why the need for lunches during the summer?
Many children, especially in Title I schools, rely on the National School Lunch Program during the school year as a primary source of healthy food. Because schools are closed during the summer, this resource is not available for children who are hungry and in need of nutritious meals.
All proceeds from the plant sale will allow Mile Hi Church to provide funds directly to the school or purchase food gift cards that will be given to the students and families by the school liaisons.
On Easter Sunday, March 31, all the beautiful floral plants will be displayed on stage in the Teel Sanctuary. If you purchase a plant, you may take yours home after the 8 & 10 a.m. services. Any remaining or unclaimed flowers will be distributed to various organizations within our community.
Please help us make this a successful fundraiser for the children!
