A yoga class that is gentle for the body, easy on the mind, and supports the release of stress and physical tension.
Practice bringing ease into the body, focus in the mind, and wholeness of overall peace and relaxation. Casey will guide you to connect to your mind and body in a way that works for you.
This slower-paced practice will be accessible to all (chair yoga variations offered) and something for everyone, whether new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Join us in being mindful, present, and maybe even a little bit of fun and laughter.

Stretch and Restore Yoga

An all-levels yoga class that offers yin and restorative yoga poses combined with breath explorations and meditation. The class is slow and mindful with poses that encourage calm, peace and gentle deepening.
The purpose of this class is to nurture the body, mind, and soul while gently releasing stress and other effects not true to our inherent nature.
Comfort is important. You may bring in any props that may be useful for comfort and support. Props include: yoga mat, bolster, blankets, blocks, yoga strap, eye pillow.

Moving Meditation

Moving Meditation draws on the principles of both tai chi and qigong.
Practice breathing, intentional movement, and activating your chi in an easy-to-follow flow class.
No experience necessary. Dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to move.

MILE HI LABYRINTH
Walk the Labyrinth
Open anytime.
Located outside the main entrance of the Teel Sanctuary near the children’s playground.
A unique design called a “Reconciliation Labyrinth” built in May 2021 on our campus.
The labyrinth has two separate entrances and serves as a beautiful outdoor setting for walking meditation.
