The evening will begin with gentle chakra toning, guiding you into deeper balance and resonance with your own soul and inner world. Through intentional vocalization and deep listening, you’ll attune to the subtle energies within and around you. We will also explore how visual mandalas and cymatics are pictorial representations of sacred vibrations.

As the bowls sing, their healing vibrations—interwoven with binaural beats and layered frequencies—create a powerful yet gentle energetic field. Rest into the tones as they move through the body like waves, dissolving tension, opening the heart, and nurturing deep inner stillness.
