Contemplative practices are offered to utilize when you recognize you are in fear and want to move to faith.

Learn how to be silent to tap into the intuitive power of Spirit within you. Techniques for getting to a space of solitude will be shared. Practice using these techniques in a safe environment.

Bring a journal, pen, and yoga mat or blanket for the practice.
