Spirituality in Recovery

Weekly Meetings

A Night of Wisdom & Fellowship

Spirituality in Recovery was born out of a desire to create a community of support for those who have experienced challenges with addictions or have had family members who are, or have been affected, by the challenge of addictions. This is a weekly metaphysical recovery gathering where we open our doors to persons from every path of recovery to share their experience, strength and hope. We also share how we can use the blessings of our spiritual path to remember the wholeness of who we are. We do not discount any program of addiction recovery, rather we embrace the core truth inherent in re-discovering healthy and spiritually connected living.

Please join us as we come together in community where wholeness is recognized and oneness is revealed one thought at a time.

If you have ever asked...

How you can reconcile feelings of powerlessness over addictions and the positive nature of metaphysics?
What are the similarities and differences between metaphysical teachings and the 12-steps?
Then this is the group for you!

Whether you are associated with a recovery group or interested in recovery, join this metaphysical recovery gathering of like-minded people for a night of wisdom and fellowship.

Everyone is welcome. This is an open meeting.

Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Community Center, Middle School Room

Every August is “Recovery Month” at Mile Hi Church. On the first Sunday of August we have a Recovery Fair where we invite local and regional recovery providers to have a table with information in the community center. It’s a great opportunity for our community to find out what is available in terms of treatment and recovery services in Denver and Colorado. Dr. Ras will also be speaking the first Sunday of the month on a recovery-related topic and all 4 Wednesday Night Live Services in August will be recovery topics as well.
